Our partners and staff will do whatever they
can to make sure you are treated properly and promptly at
all times. However, you have every right to complain if you
feel the service you receive falls short of what you expect.
We take complaints very seriously.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints in writing,
or by e-mail, within two working days.
If you would like to make any suggestions,
or have cause for a complaint, please contact the practice
manager without delay, every effort will be made to answer
your concerns as soon as possible, and in many cases it will
be possible to sort out the problem straightaway.
